Thanks Cheryl for doing this and thanks also to Marika for incorporating Cheryl's additions into the discussion document. I was going to wait until our meeting later today to share possible edits and comments but decided that it would be easier if I prepared a redline. If others comment before our call, feel free to use Marika's clean version instead of my redline version if that works better for you.
