Dear TPR WG Members,

Since the WG has solidified its recommendations around CORD notifications and the removal of the 60-day post-COR transfer restriction, support staff have put together two illustrations to help visualize the WG’s revised CORD process. These CORD Notification Flowcharts are attached.

• CORD Notification Flowchart 1: This document illustrates the CORD Notification process following a Material Change, with connective reference to the RDDS Accuracy Program Specification steps (when applicable). It also highlights what information the CORD Notification must contain, and at a high level what COR process steps are being removed from the current Transfer Policy.
• CORD Notification Flowchart 2: This document illustrates side-by-side the current COR process and the revised CORD process, noting in greater detail which steps are being removed or added, for comparison.
