Please find below the proposed agenda for our next call, taking place on Tuesday, 15 October 2024 at 16:00 UTC. If you are unable to attend this call, please ensure your Alternate will be in attendance.

As a reminder, the WG has 2 Action Items to complete by Monday, 14 October:

1. AI: Assignment 1 – Recs #1, 2, 4-11 (Group 1(a) TAC-related recs): 

• You may use the WG’s Public Comment Review Tool (PCRT) to review all public comments pertaining to Recs 1, 2, 4-11

2. AI: Review the proposed Assignment Schedule (below) and inform the WG if the schedule is not feasible / there is not sufficient time to review the public comments in their entirety:

• Assignment 1 – Recs #1, 2, 4-11 (Group 1(a) TAC-related group)  
  • Deadline for Review – Monday, 14 October
• Assignment 2 - Recs #3, 12-23 (Group 1(a) - Restriction + denial of transfers)
  • Deadline for Review – Monday, 21 October
• Assignment 3 – Recs #24-28 (Group 1(b) Change of Registrant Data)
  • Deadline for review – Monday, 28 October
• Assignment 4 - Recs #29-33 (Group 2 TEAC + TDRP)
  • Deadline for review – Monday, 4 November
• Assignment 5 – Rec #34 – 47 (Group 2 ICANN-approved transfers + BTAPPA) 
  • Deadline for review – Monday, 25 November
