Prior to the call, please re-review the Public Comment Review Tools for Recommendations 18, 19, and 20. The primary focus of the discussion will be proposed edits to Transfer Policy section I.A.3.7.1 (in relation to Recommendation 19), but time permitting, the WG will discuss other comments on these three recommendations, as well.
