I mentioned a couple of distinctions I've found useful in thinking about privacy/proxy services.  These are set forth in the attached very short  note on proxy/privacy services.  I welcome feedback, comments, discussion, etc.

Also, I'm using "proxy" and "privacy" interchangeably.  Do others distinguish between these terms?
