For agenda item 3, the focus will be on new additions to pages 3-4 of the Losing FOA working document. Please review these pages before the call.

 

For agenda item 4, staff is developing a new working document to support discussions of the Gaining FOA charter questions. This working document is still a work in progress, and will be developed further as we get into the topic. Please take a look and be ready to start discussing the Gaining FOA tomorrow.
