Congratulations to all of you for an excellent work. As an observer to this group during these las steps I’ve been impressed by the smooth working of the group and the efficiency of your meetings. One of the best WG I’ve been able to observe. The report is excellent.

This message is to notify you of the closing of the Consensus Call process on the Transfer Policy Review Final Report.

Given that there is no disagreement from the Working Group with the proposed consensus designations by the leadership team, support staff has incorporated the designations into the Final Report. To confirm, all of the policy recommendations received a “full consensus” designation.

Please find the Final Report attached. This is a huge milestone that involved multiple years of volunteer work, hundreds of calls, and a lot of creative thinking and compromising for all involved.

Congratulations to all of you on achieving a major milestone, and thank you again for all of your hard work!
