Dear Working Group members,

As discussed on our recent calls, staff has an action item to consolidate all preliminary recommendations in a single document to support your review and consideration of the TPR recommendations package as a whole. You can find the document here. To assist with version control, please use this version as a reference but do not comment or redline directly in the document. On tomorrow’s call, we will discuss methods that the WG will use for additional input on the recommendations going forward.

In addition, to help members get a head start on reviewing the Initial Report, staff is providing a PDF version of the “boilerplate” portions of the Initial Report. This document gives you a sense of the structure of the report and the sections that will be included. Staff has filled in text for the standard sections including background, methodology, membership, etc. If, in reviewing this boilerplate text, you think edits are needed, please enter them here.
