Dear TPR WG members,

As you may know, the public comment period for the Initial Report on the Transfer Policy Review – Phase 1(a) closed on 16 August after a two-week extension.  From now until our next WG meeting on Tuesday, 06 September at 1600 UTC the TPR PDP WG support staff will prepare the Public Comment Review Tool (PCRT) documents to aid the WG in the review and analysis of the public comments.  Also during this period it will be important for WG members to read the public comments in preparation for the review and analysis.  In support of the WG’s efforts, the staff has gathered the following materials on a Wiki Page: Phase 1A - Public Comment Review Tool:

HOMEWORK/ACTION ITEMS: As soon as possible and prior to the 06 September WG meeting, WG members are requested to:

1. Read the submissions in the public comment forum for the Initial Report
2. Read the attachments included with submissions posted on the wiki page
3. Read the late submission not included on the public comment page, posted on the wiki page
4. Review the XLS Raw Data Compilation posted on the wiki page
