Following the discussion on last week’s call regarding the EPDP Phase 1, Rec 27, Wave 1 analysis and seeing no additional comments or concerns raised in the working document or on the mailing list, staff has drafted responses to the charter questions on this topic and corresponding preliminary recommendations consistent with the analysis.
