Greetings TPRS Team, I humbly send my regrets that I cannot attend our first meeting tomorrow due to an external obligation. Separately, in my ignorance, I didn't realize the RDAP WG meetings stayed on UTC and did not adjust for daylight savings; thus there is a conflict. I mention this because I think a few RDAP WG members are also on this Transfer Scoping team and I'm curious what the group's preferred schedule will be. I'm also curious about the roughly estimated timeline of this WG, so I'm looking forward to the transcript! In absence, my written introduction: I'm Justin Mack, a Sr Product Manager for a registrar, MarkMonitor. I've participated in the RDAP [Pilot] WG and the CPH TechOps, which has discussed domain transfers. I joined this team to learn about the future of domain transfers, both from a policy and technical perspective. I look forward to working with you all. Sincerely, Justin Mack MarkMonitor ________________________________ From: GNSO-TPRST <gnso-tprst-bounces@icann.org> on behalf of Caitlin Tubergen <caitlin.tubergen@icann.org> Sent: Wednesday, December 4, 2019 1:44 PM To: gnso-tprst@icann.org <gnso-tprst@icann.org> Subject: [GNSO-TPRST] Proposed Agenda: Transfer Policy Review Scoping Team Meeting #1 Dear Transfer Policy Review Scoping Team: First and foremost, thank you for volunteering your time to be a part of this effort! Hi all, Thanks Justin for bringing up the RDAP conflict. I had planned to skip the conflicted RDAP meetings, since this is only every second week and shouldn't last more than a few months, and I know it was hard to find a time for this group to meet. That said, if we end up keeping this same timeslot for the actual Transfer PDP, then I'd want to discuss moving something around so that we can attend both.
