Hi Andy,

The RAR (the entity that has the relationship with the customer), has both dates.. if the RAR added that date to its whois output, would provide a similar experience than what you’re describing here.

But the RY doesn’t have that piece of data, and getting in in sync would be a tremendous amount of effort, not in dev, but operationally and then making sure it’s current.

know when they have shipped my order and the details of how the
