[gtld-tech] How to complain about http://newgtlds.icann.org/en/program-status/delegated-strings

Apologies for using this mailing list, but ICANN's feedback form proves useless for this purpose. The web page http://newgtlds.icann.org/en/program-status/delegated-strings is almost a week out of date (the latest 12 gTLDs are missing).
