No matter home many times I retry, I still have not been able to download .COM or .ORG. I also see frequent failures with the HEAD requests, that I use to prep the actual "GET" downloads.
Today two retries on random small zones that worked when I retried, no problems with .COM or .ORG.
BUT, the zone file for .COM is still the one from the 16th.
I am still seeing significant problems... Anyone here from ICANN? -- Viktor.
