On a more serious note, I would be very cautious to use EU registrant data to call and to email. There might be a chance that EU Registrar - Registrant registration agreements do not cover the pilot purposes.
In the UK, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) ICANN can be fined upto 500,00 GBP *per contact* if they telephone or email a UK 'consumer' - I'd strongly advise that the "email, phone, post" tests proposed are NOT conducted against any details extracted from whois for a UK address Rob --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus
