ICANN is aware of the issues that recently occurred with the Trademark Database (TMDB). We are working with IBM to develop the root cause analyses for the incidents and expect completion in approximately 7 – 10 days. Once more information is available, we will provide additional details directly to all users of the TMDB.

It only impacts the registry connection to the TMCH - that is retrieving the DNL lists.

As a registrar we have no problem accessing the TMCH, we can retrieve marks information.
