Apologies for the delay in my response, we have been working on generating the IDN test SMDs and the Revoked TMV Certificate test SMD.
The main principle regarding the generation of the test SMDs has been to use the same hardware (e.g. same model of HSM used for the TMCH-CA, etc.) and code used in production, therefore there are several moving parts. Unfortunately, is taking longer than expected.
