Hope all of you are well! We'd like to update you on the status of the Pilot Holistic Review ToR. The OEC reviewed the Pilot Holistic Review ToR during their 29 June meeting (see minutes, when available). The group voted to direct ICANN org to initiate public comment proceedings on the Draft ToR. After careful consideration of community summer schedules, the public comment proceedings will begin in August and conclude in September following the ICANN 75 meeting, with the comments being reviewed in October. Subject to public comments, preparations are underway to initiate the call for volunteers in October, followed by the SO/AC selection process, to have the Pilot Holistic Review Team constituted and ready for substantive work as early as February 2023.
We will continue to update the group as work progresses. Thanks for your contributions to this important work effort.
