Hi  Team.. hope it is not too late for theses comments today.

Here  some comments if I may about the continuous improvement inside AC/SOs

To avoid wait so long to start this program, we could use some time this second semester to talk with AC/SO to see:

1. What they understand for this kind of work inside their community
2. They have started some discussion? Effort? Has any consideration to share from those experiences?
3. Discuss and present to AC/SO common sense on good practices to implement continuous improvement program inside their communities.
4. May ask for a contract one day course on management excellence, where continuous improvement good practices can be presented to people, to have a clearer view on what is expected.
