Break out document requests in order of priority to help expedite access to documents, once NDAs have been finalized and signed.	James	1 September
Provide feedback to the IANA subgroup team on how quickly team can expect access to documents requested once NDAs are finalized and signed.	ICANN Org

Decisions Reached:

· Team does not need to conduct site visits to complete its work.

· Team will meet on an ad-hoc basis. No regular calls to be scheduled.
