Dear Colleagues,

For PTI’s action item: “07 29 2019 PTI to provide update of documentation on SLA changes taking on-board results of discussions.” From the April 2019 CSC call, please find attached the updated SLA change documents.

One of the notable changes in the document is finalizing the implementation time. For both of those SLA documents, the implementation time is one (1) calendar month from approval of the SLA with the new SLAs becoming effective the first of the month following the implementation time.
