As discussed during the June 2020 CSC meeting, PTI has implemented the amended metrics for ccTLD delegation and transfer request types.

 

Changes are now visible on the Naming Performance Dashboard: https://sle-dashboard.iana.org/chart/cat4-submission-review/. The changes will also be reflected in the report you receive in early July for the June 2020 data.

 

I have attached a screen capture of one of the new SLAs that represents staff review time as example.
