My feedback: I think this is a great idea, some questions/ideas for the retrospective. Why did you decide to join the CSC in the first place and did it satisfy your expectations? Why did you decide to become chair? Looking back over the last 2 years what do you think were the CSC’s greatest achievements? Looking back over the last 2 years what do you think the CSC could of done better? What do you see as the challenges for the CSC going forward? What are the most important bits of advice you would give to the CSC and the incoming chair for the next 2 years.
