Hello, all.

As a reminder, please participate in the relevant Doodle poll by Wednesday, 12 January to join the planning team for an ICANN73 plenary session. The Doodle polls will help determine a standing time for a weekly call until ICANN73; calendar invitations will be circulated accordingly.

Please note that non-conflicting options for weekly planning calls are limited (almost non-existent) across all ICANN communities, but the ICANN73 plenary session support team will work with each planning team to identify the least conflicting option. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Once each planning team has been established, a planning document will be shared as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

On behalf of the ICANN73 plenary sessions support team, we look forward to working with you.

Thank you and best regards,
Carlos Reyes
