The IDNGWG members on the call today agreed to the following schedule to finalize the guidelines:

1. Finalize the public comment response (30 March)
2. Update the relevant guidelines and sign off on the final wording
   1. Identify the guidelines to revise and the revisions needed (29 March)
   2. Develop language of revised guidelines (5 April)
   3. Finalize the language of revised guidelines (19 April)
   4. Final call on the overall document for the guidelines (26 April)
3. Publish the updated IDN Guidelines (early May – after step 2.d. above)

Based on the discussion, please find attached the latest version of the public comment response - with 24hr final call for any comments and feedback, by 1200 UTC 30 March 2018.  Please make any edits directly in the document based.

We will finalize and publish the final PC report after incorporating the feedback from the members, tomorrow.

Dear IDNGWG members,

The public comment feedback has to be finalized by the members and published.  We have extended the date of publication a couple of times and would request the WG members to review the attached version (circulated earlier and slightly updated – changes in redline) and, if possible, finalize during the meeting this Thursday 29 March.  We aim to post this against the public comment immediately afterwards. 

Regarding the plan for the IDNGWG work, we would request to bring this on the agenda for the meeting as well.  Here are the interim steps needed and some suggested dates, for discussion by the WG:

1. Finalize the public comment response (29 March?)
2. Update the relevant guidelines and sign off on the final wording
   1. Identify the guidelines to revise and the revisions needed (29 March?)
   2. Develop language of revised guidelines (5 April?)
   3. Finalize the language of revised guidelines (12 or 19 April?)
   4. Final call on the overall document for the guidelines (19 or 26 April?)
3. Publish the updated IDN Guidelines (early May)
