I'd like to take this opportunity to send you and all my best wishes of health, peace, and prosperity in 2016.

It is with much regret that have to inform you that I will not be attending ICANN 55.

Moreover, I want to apologize for the lack of participation in this WG, which should not be interpreted as a lack of interest but instead bad timing on my part.

The latter part of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 required lots of attention as we are the host for the North America meeting in Puerto Rico, October 29 - November 4, 2016.

I have catchup with my work and going forward you will see a more active role on my part.

I ask for your indulgence and understanding.
