This is a new meeting scheme.  The internal schedule circulated for planning suggests that opening ceremony is on 5^th Nov. 

Not hearing any further feedback, I am scheduling the meeting on 5^th Nov. after the opening ceremony.  This will ensure that those traveling to ICANN57 have arrived.  In case there are alternate suggestions, please share them soon, as scheduling window will be closing soon.

Hi, Sarmad,

The meeting was scheduled 3-9 November. Isn't the opening ceremony supposed to happen on Nov. 3rd? Why it is on the 5th?  

In addition, I am planning to arrive Hyderabad early morning Nov. 3rd. Not sure what time UTC 11 is for the local time. If I can make it, it sounds an option. Of course, after the opening ceremony also works for me.

Dear All,

I wanted to check if IDNGWG would like to schedule a face to face meeting during ICANN 57 to present the work to the community. 

If we agree there are the following options we can consider:

1.      Thursday 3 Nov. at 11 UTC, which is our regularly scheduled day and time

2.      Sat. 5 Nov. after the opening ceremony (and before 1pm)

3.      Please suggest another day/time in case the above don’t work
