Dear Paul,

The IDN Guidelines working group is preparing to publish the final draft  of the IDN Guidelines 4.0 later this week.  As a courtesy they asked that we share the guidelines directly with the stakeholder groups and their members.  Please find the attached cover note from the IDN Guideline working group and the draft IDN guidelines.  It is important to note the IDN Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the registry agreements, and thus following approval by Board would become contractual obligations for the registries. 

If you would please share these with your members it would be appreciated.
