HOMEWORK DUE 28 MAY:  Complete review of IANA Naming Function Contract Article IV (Sections 4.2 – 4.10) keeping the following questions in mind:

1. Are there any deficiencies (anything missing) in the text?

2. Does anything require clarification?

3. Is the text/content still necessary?

4. Is there any additional information or data needed to make an assessment about this text?
