Thanks for having the PTI staff on the call today. I was having mic issues throughout the call, so I expanded on Ashley’s question on GDPR mechanisms for Root Zone Management in the Zoom Chat. At least I thought I did! I wrote it but never sent!

 

For the record, here’s the message:

 

When users of the Root Zone Management System first create an account, they are prompted with this message prior to submitting their data:

 

Establishing an account and creating a password by clicking "Submit", you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and agree to abide by the website Terms of Service.

 

The links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will always appear at the bottom of the login screen, but the user will not be prompted to acknowledge again unless ICANN makes a change to the policies.
