Dear IFRT,

You are asked to do a review of your Final Report draft, which includes a new Appendix D (starting on page 77) with the team’s assessment of the comments received during the Public Comment for your Initial Report.

The Final Report is in Google Docs, so two (2) things to keep in mind:

1. If you don’t have a Google Account, when you first attempt to open the report it will send me a request to grant access. Based on time zones and such, it could be up to 24hrs before you are finally granted access.  Once you are granted access, you will not need to repeat that process.

2. Google Docs cannot handle all of the formatting of the Report Template we use for final publishing.  The cover page is blank in Google Docs, and there may be other formatting issues  - but these will all be corrected prior to publishing.
