Dear IFRT,

In accordance with the IFR Bylaws, your co-chairs sent a letter to the Board notifying  them that Recommendation 2 required a change to the IANA Naming Functions Contract. (found here: https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/neves-samme-nlar-to-icann-board-28sep20-en.pdf)

On Friday, 11 December 2020, Maarten Botterman, the ICANN  Board Chair, responded with the attached letter, which can also be read  online here:

The ICANN Board has no issues with the recommended contract change.
