Outlook is labelling group emails with the wrong name on 2 specific group/mailman emails:

IFRT@icann.org: when I add this to my TO field it tags it as “Patrik Falstrom via IFRT” (he is in the group).  The email group though is notified, so it goes through correctly, but now everyone can see the “Patrick Fastrom via IFRT” in my email.

ICAN-CSC@icann.org: when I add this, it shows as “Feher, Kal via ICANN-CSC” (see it below, 2 emails down) and Kal is NO longer in this group.  It does correctly send it to the group though.

I’ll be unavailable until 11:30am.

Thank you,

Amy

Hi Amy,

Just FYI – it looks like the address you put on the To: line was to Kal Feher, but still went out to the CSC mailing list. Just thought I should let you know.

Thanks for sending this out.

Best,

Ria

All,

Attached is a draft January 2020 CSC report for review and discussion. The draft is a redline against the December 2019 CSC report.
