Dear Fred and Tomslin,

As you both may be aware I have been appointed by the 2020 NomCom to serve a 3 year term on the Board of PTI (https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2020-10-02-en), in line with the bylaws requirements of accepting this appointment I am required to resign my current community leadership positions including serving as the GNSO non-Registry Liaison to the CSC and thus also the CSC liaison to the IANA Functions Review Team

In line with that requirement I have tendered my resignation to the CSC for both positions (CSC liason and IFRT liaison) effective Friday October 9th at 12:00 UTC.

I hope that the CSC will appoint a new liaison to the IFRT to help with the rest of the work and wish you all the best in completing the work of the review team!
