Hi Team,

I am working on the next IFR Public Comment, and will  notify you when it goes live.  After re-reviewing the Bylaws, it  was determined that a 2^nd Public Comment on your report was not required for the IFR, as it is for other reviews. However, a Public Comment is necessary for the 4^th recommendation that requires an amendment to the IANA Naming Function Contract (we had originally hoped the first Public Comment would be sufficient for Rec 4).  Needless to say, the IFR Bylaws are complex.
