No worries- it was a 15min meeting and we’ll be reviewing the same portion of the Final Report on 26 Jan for the 2nd reading. And the 26th Jan will be the last working meeting.
Regards,
Amy

Apologies for my non-attendance last night, a personal issue caused me to be unavailable. I will of course review the meeting notes and provide feedback where needed.

Hi,
Sorry, but I picked up a conflict and need to provide my regrets for the meeting today.
I reviewed updates to the Final Report in Appendix D. They look fine. (I didn’t attempt an ‘editorial read’ for typos, etc.)
Regards,
Rick

Dear IFRT,
You are asked to do a review of your
Final Report [docs.google.com] draft, which includes a new Appendix D (starting on page 77) with the team’s assessment of the comments received during the
Public Comment for your Initial Report [secure-web.cisco.com].
The
Final Report [docs.google.com] is in Google Docs, so two (2) things to keep in mind:
1.
If you don’t have a Google Account, when you first attempt to open the report it will send me a request to grant access. Based on time zones and such, it could be up to 24hrs before you are finally granted
access. Once you are granted access, you will not need to repeat that process.
2.
Google Docs cannot handle all of the formatting of the Report Template we use for final publishing. The cover page is blank in Google Docs, and there may be other formatting issues - but these will all
be corrected prior to publishing.
Please find attached the minutes from our 15 December 2020 meeting, which have also been posted to your
wiki [secure-web.cisco.com].
Your next meeting will be on 12 January 2020 at 18:00 UTC. Please have a safe and relaxed Holiday, and know that you’re almost done with this Review!!
