Dear IRT,

I hope you are well. We are just putting the finishing touches to the latest draft of UDRP and UDRP Rules updates, which will be issued this week.

I will supply more information on the updates when sending, but to facilitate rapid feedback in advance of ICANN85 we have created a doodle poll with three potential 90-minute slots next week.

Please select the time(s) that you can attend for all or most of the meeting. Based on your responses, I will then confirm one meeting slot by the end of this week. If none of the times suit, I will propose additional options for the following week, beginning 23 February, and solicit written feedback in the meantime.
