Please accept my apologies for issuing these materials so close to our meeting. The policy guidance was the subject of extended within the IPT and we wanted to ensure that we were in total alignment before presenting it for your consideration. We have set aside two meetings to discuss these issues (more can be scheduled if required) and I will walk through the documents on tomorrow’s call.

In terms of how to approach the documents, I suggest beginning with the Draft Implementation Approaches before proceeding to read the Policy Guidance itself, as they provide context to its content and structure.
