Dear co-chairs, members and fellow observers,

As a CCG observer, I have noticed that the words ‘trigger’ or ‘threshold’, in the context of an ad hoc review, have been a bit challenging.

It seems to me that concerns over definitions are creating the challenge. Why not just be descriptive and say something like: ‘the time or point at which an X review will be launched.’
