1. In the Subgroups, it was agreed to change the reference to Bucket A Scoping to the actual current name of the Review, that is ATR.

2.  At the end of 1.2 and consistent with Becky's comment in the last meeting, we need to add text to confirm that the three "Special Topics" in On Demand can still be in scope for ATR.  The reason we need to do that is that ATR is required every five years and On Demand is not required.  The three topics could be covered as follows:

"The Special Topics referenced in On Demand Reviews, i.e. Security, Stability and Resiliency of DNS, Aspects of gTLD Round (e.g. competition, consumer trust, consumer choice), and Registration Directory Service are also eligible for selection in ATR Reviews, provided the scoping and screening requirements are met in the proposed topic."
