Were these comments “directly shared with the [protocols] operational community?”
Question A2 of the assessment form asks us this. Since I am filling out the form, I do not know how to answer that question. From what I can tell, these comments were only sent to the ICG comment list and not copied to the IETF ianaplan WG leaders. Obviously Jari is now aware of them, but it would be better if the comments were sent by Alissa to the ianaplan list. Then I can answer A2 ‘yes.’
