We are approaching f2f meeting to be held on 06 September in Istanbul immediately after IGF-9

I might have overlooked some correspondence ,however, I do not find the Agenda of the meeting nor any time mangement plan for that one day meeting

As you know that would be the first f2f meeing  that ALL 30  ICG MEMBERS ( NOT PARTICIPANTS) would hopefully attend,even though we do not have any confirmation from attendees

The duration of the meeting is one day from 8 to ....hours with a heavy Agenda that I have missed .if it is published.

From legally point of view and to  fully follow  procedure ,we need to to establish a draft Agenda See Attachment

If there was a draft  agenda that I did miss, please kindly amend that accordingly.

Finally, May I request that a social event limited to ICG MEMBERS ONLY  plus few invitees from ICANN Mangement be studied with a view that we get together to freely and socially discuss witjh each other and further enhance our relation and freindship. e.g. a cocktail on 06 September after our meeting
