I was just repeating back the dates that Patrik included in the doodle poll. I assume Sept 4 is out since there are several ICANN-oriented sessions on the IGF program that day, and that Sept 5 is out since there is a plenary session about IANA that day. Also, since many people have already filled out the poll and we’re trying to close on this ASAP, I would hesitate to add them in now and wait for everyone to re-do the poll.

Hi Kavouss et al,

I have sent a private mail to those who have not yet filled out the doodle poll (about a dozen people) to check on their availability. Let’s see if responses come in from some of them, and we will try to close on this as soon as possible.

If the ICANN folks can give us an update on room availability on the following dates in Istanbul, that would be helpful: Aug 29, Aug 30, Aug 31, Sept 1, Sept 2, Sept 3, Sept 6.
