Why do we need to "formalize the selection of the acting chairs" of the meeting?  We have elected a Chair and two Vice Chairs.  The Chair can't be at the meeting.  Obviously, the two Vice Chairs should chair the meeting as they see fit.  We don't need to do anything else as a group and should not take any time on it in the am.
