The result of the poll is that Tuesday September 26 12:00-13:00 UTC is the best choice.

We have had 23 individuals responding on the poll, 17 in favor, 3 maybe and 3 no.

Regarding interpretation, we will have interpretation in all languages except AR and ZH. Translation will though happen after the call and will be available after the meeting.

I will ask Secretariat to execute accordingly.

The 12:00-14:00 UTC time slot was the most popular on many days in the
August call poll, so I narrowed the choices to that time frame.

Note: It’s possible that some interpreters will not be available next
week. Alice is checking. What do people think about having a call to
discuss the communities RFP if we are missing a couple of languages?
