In anticipation of CG meeting day 1, this is to kindly remind you of the remote participation details. See below.

The session tomorrow will begin at 09:00 and end at 18:00 local time (08:00-17:00 UTC – time converter: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=CG+meeting+-+day+01&iso=20140717T08&p1=1440&ah=9).

We would like to run some audio tests prior to the meeting to ensure we are hearing you well. If available, please join us prior to the meeting (07:30 UTC would be ideal).

To avoid echo, please make sure to mute your computer speakers as live audio from the meeting is being broadcast from the virtual meeting room.
