I agree. An ICG-GAC meeting would be very helpful. Even if the agenda is only a meet and greet session, with hopefully time to hear key concerns/hopes for our undertaking.

Hopefully close to our meeting.

Could this be firmed up as soon as possible so that we can finalise travel?

Might there be any other important stakeholders that we could consider or even arrange to meet as well?
