I did not ask you to direct any message to any individual.

I did send my comments relating to RFP I repeat RFP two times to every one but no further development.

In the draft procedure it is mentioned that if views of the minority is not taken into account they have to discuss that with chairs and Vice chairs

On that approach I asked you to advise why my comments relating to the Draft RFP that I sent to all as Rev 2 of my comment was not taken into account

In the V14 there are legal inconsistencies which should be removed

We encourage you to discuss future document updates and comments in the ICG mailing list, in the mailing list all members discuss and express their views, the the document editor/focal point is monitoring the discussions and comments and he/she will consider the opinions expressed in his/her update of the documents.

We can't as (chairs) direct or instruct document editors/focal points or ICG members to accept nor reject specific comments, although as ICG (members) individually each one of us are can give their own opinions which are expressed in the ICG mailing list as well.
