Unfortunately I was not involved in the activities of the Group ,however, views of every body needs to be considered and where relevant and appropriate be taken into account.

I am surprised to hear that there were two mailing lists exclusive and inclusive ones

I would appreciate you if you kindly clarify the matter for ICG members
