Your v5 as published on DROPBOX has serious difficulties, inconsistencies incorrect terms and legal deficiencies I am not in agreement with that and request you to immediately reconsider that version and take into account the proposed amendment as sent you many time Should you take no action , we would have serious difficulties on 06 September to agree on any text regards Kavouss
